(TSX.V: NAM | OTCQB: NMTLF | FSE: P7J) (“NAM” or the\n“Company”) is pleased to announce that effective December 4, 2025,\nafter completing its due diligence, the Company has entered into an\noption agreement with arms-length parties, Mr. George Zebruck and Mr.\nRichard Zebruck\n \n\n (Kenora District\nprospectors)\n \n\n to acquire the\n \n\n Magnet Lake Property.\n \n\n The Property\nconsists of 55 mining claims totalling 1,147 ha (2,834 acres) and is\nlocated ~25 km southeast of the City of Kenora in northwestern\nOntario. NAM has the option to acquire a 100% of the Property pursuant\nto the terms and conditions outlined below, subject to a 2% net\nsmelter return (NSR) royalty retained by the prospectors, which the\nCompany has an option to buy down to 1% for $1 million in cash.\n \n\n\n\n With this acquisition, the Magnet Lake Property will be\nincorporated into the Company’s rapidly expanding\n \n\n Bonanza Ridge Gold and Critical Metals Project\n \n\n (\n \n\n\n see news release dated October 27,\n2025:\n \n\n\n New Age Metals Receives\nExchange Approval for Bonanza Gold Project, Kenora Gold District,\nOntario\n \n\n\n\n ).
