(TSX.V: NAM | OTCQB: NMTLF | FSE: P7J)\n(“NAM” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that,\neffective September 30, 2025, it has entered into an option agreement,\nafter completing its due diligence, with arms-length parties, Mr. Doug\nBundy, Mr. Dave Burt and Mr. Jon Burt, who are all local Kenora Mining\nDistrict Prospectors. The Project consists of 114 mining claims and 1\npatented Mining Claim totalling 2,191 hectares or 5,414 acres. The\nProject is located ~25 km southeast of Kenora in northwestern Ontario.\nThe Company has the option to acquire a 100% of the Project subject to\na 2% royalty, which the Company has a option to buy down the royalty\nto 1% for $1 million.\n \n\n\n\n Highlights\n \n\n\n\n Highlights of the Bonanza Gold Project are:\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Multiple high-grade mineral occurrences with\nspectacular visible gold at surface;\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Excellent infrastructure, including road access to all\nareas to the Project and provincial grid power lines;\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Location 25 km southeast of City of Kenora, a major\nnorthwestern Ontario economic hub with a population of ~14,800;\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Select due diligence surface grab sample assays include\n1.1 g/t Au, 3.7 g/t Au, 8.9 g/t Au, 13.2 g/t Au, 22.2 g/t Au, 31.9 g/t\nAu and up to 127 g/t Au from five prospects on the Project (see Table\n2 below);\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Lack of modern-day exploration; and\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Drill-ready with 3-year permits in place.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n With the gold price and\ndemand at historic highs,\n \n\n parts of the Kenora\nDistrict have seen limited application of modern exploration methods,\nwhich provides NAM with an opportunity to unlock significant value\nthrough the use of new techniques, advanced technologies and upgraded\nmineralization models.
