The Northman Lithium project is the Company’s third\nproperty acquisition of 2023. The MEL covers approximately a\n \n \n 28 km strike length of the\nNorth Kenyon Shear Zone\n \n \n and surrounds an\nassociated LCT pegmatite swarm documented at Red Cross Lake with\nhistorical assays up to\n \n \n 1.25%\nLi\n \n \n 2\n \n \n O and 2.86% Cs\n \n \n 2\n \n \n O\n \n \n (LPG pegmatite) and\n \n \n 2.97% Li\n \n \n 2\n \n \n O\n \n \n (SPG pegmatite).\n \n \n 1\n \n \n \n \n The newly acquired\n \n \n Northman Lithium Project\n \n \n lies within the Oxford-Stull domain in Northern Manitoba’s\nRed Cross Lake greenstone belt (figure 1) which hosts highly\nfractionated lithium-bearing pegmatites and is significantly\nunderexplored. All the claims are held by Lithium Canada Development,\na 100% owned Lithium Division of New Age Metals.\n \n \n \n \n KEY HIGHLIGHTS OF THE NORTHMAN\nLITHIUM PROJECT\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Along trend of lithium bearing pegmatites documented at\nRed Cross Lake\n \n \n \n \n \n \n LPG Pegmatite:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Lepidolite and Pollucite rich pegmatite swarm with 17\nparallel and sheared dykes up to 4 meters in width over an area of ~50\nmeters\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Work by the Geological Survey of Canada in the 1960’s\nidentified the rubidium and cesium potential of these pegmatites, with\none sample assaying 2.86% Cs\n \n \n O, 1.29%\nRb\n \n \n O, and 1.26% Li\n \n \n 1\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n SPG Pegmatite:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Spodumene-bearing dyke with grab samples assaying up to\n2.97% Li\n \n \n O\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n In terms of K/Rb ratios, the pegmatites in the Red\nCross area are ranked with the...
