On behalf of the Board of Directors and management team,\nwe extend our deepest sympathies and condolences to John’s family\nand friends.\n \n\n\n\n John first joined New Age Metals in 2004 as VP\nExploration and became a Director of the Company in 2009 where he\nserved the shareholders up until his passing. In addition, he was a\ngeologist and mining consultant with Emerald Geological Services and a\nDirector of Rockport Capital Corp. John was an experienced seasoned\nveteran geologist working in mineral exploration since 1969. He was\ninvolved in projects ranging from grassroots to advanced and\ndevelopment stages\n \n\n (Holloway, Eagle River, River\nValley)\n \n\n . John gained a wide and varied\nexperience base in exploration techniques and various commodities. He\nheld senior positions of with Noranda Exploration, Hemlo Gold Mines\nand Battle Mountain Gold.\n \n\n\n\n Harry Barr CEO, remarked “it is with great sadness\nthat we share the news of John’s passing.
