(TSX.V: NAM; OTCQB:\nNMTLF; FSE: P7J.F) (“NAM” or the “Company”) in conjunction\nwith its Farm-in/Joint Venture agreement with Mineral Resources Ltd.\n(“MinRes”) is pleased to announce that summer field work has\ncommenced on the Company’s Winnipeg River-Cat Lake Lithium Projects\nof Southeast Manitoba. This work is in conjunction with a research\nproject being carried out across the properties in partnership with\nthe University of New Brunswick, University of British Columbia, and\nsupported by the Manitoba Geological Survey.\n \n\n A budget from June 2024 to April 2025 of\n~$450,000 has been approved by Mineral Resources Ltd.\n \n\n\n\n The field work will be a collaboration between New Age\nMetal’s geologists and the academic researchers to further define\ntargeting within the project areas. Much of the company’s expansive\nproperties remain underexplored. The summer program’s objective is\nto follow-up on high priority target areas identified from detailed\nanalysis, interpretation, and targeting of the company’s large\ngeophysical dataset in-conjunction with geological and geochemical\ndata.\n \n\n This work will strive to\nnarrow down prospective zones for lithium-cesium-tantalum (“LCT”)\ntype pegmatites which require further evaluation\n \n\n .\n \n\n\n\n New Age Metals has been supporting this research Mitacs\ngrant awarded in 2023 that involves a partnership with Dr. Chris\nMcFarlane (University of New Brunswick) and Dr. Lee Groat (University\nof British Columbia). The grant’s overarching objectives are to shed\nlight on the origin of the dense concentration of rare-element\npegmatites found in the Cat Lake-Winnipeg River pegmatite field. In\naddition, the research also intends to determine how emplacement\nmechanisms and type of host rock influence the mineralization style in\nrare-element pegmatites in this area. This grant supports the ongoing\nresearch of a MSc. student and a post doctoral fellow based at the\nUniversity of New Brunswick.\n \n...
