The Project now\nconsists of 834 mining claims totalling 17,620 hectares (43,540 acres)\nin a highly prospective gold district.\n\n\nThe acquisition is supported by the region’s\nestablished gold mineralization and favourable structural setting.\nRecent regional consolidation\nactivity, including Coeur Mining’s $7 Billion (USD) acquisition of\nNew Gold Inc. and the Rainy River Mine, reflects\nongoing interest in the Rainy River and Kenora districts 1.
