(\"Nevada Sunrise\",\n \n or the \"\n \n Company\n \n \") (TSXV: NEV) (OTC: NVSGF) is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of its water rights in the Clayton Valley,\n \n Nevada\n \n (the \"Transaction\") through its wholly-owned\n \n Nevada\n \n subsidiary company Intor Resources Corporation to Cypress Development Corp. of\n \n Vancouver, BC\n \n ,\n \n Canada\n \n (TSX-V: CYP) (OTCQB: CYDVF) (Frankfurt: C1Z1) (\"Cypress\").\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Transaction represents a major milestone for Cypress' Clayton Valley Lithium Project, near Silver Peak,\n \n Nevada\n \n and provides an opportunity for Nevada Sunrise to share in future success gained by Cypress' efforts to develop a new lithium mine in\n \n Esmeralda County\n \n . The total purchase price of\n \n US$3.0 million\n \n included an initial cash deposit of\n \n US$150,000\n \n , and a final payment of\n \n US$2.85 million\n \n (the \"Closing Payment\").
