Subsequent to the AGM, the Board re-appointed Michael Sweatman as Chairman, Warren Stanyer as President and Chief Executive Officer, Brent Petterson, CGA, as Chief Financial Officer, and Christina Boddy as Corporate Secretary. \n\nShareholders also reappointed Davidson and Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the auditor of the Company, and approved the Company's stock option plan. The Board also confirmed nominations for the Audit, Compensation and Technical Committees, and has delegated Corporate Governance and Nominations Committees duties to the Board as a whole. \n\nAbout Nevada SunriseNevada Sunrise is a junior mineral exploration company with a strong technical team based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, that holds interests in nine mineral exploration projects in the State of Nevada, USA.
