Canadian \n legalization has been seen as a foregone conclusion by many industry \n observers since October, when the nation elected Justin Trudeau as its \n prime minister. Trudeau made repeated campaign promises to legalize and \n regulate cannabis for adult use.\n \n \n Soon, Canada could become the second country in the world after Uruguay \n to fully legalize the plant, kicking off an enormous boom in investment \n and business opportunities.
