(TSXV: NTLX)\n(“Neurothera” or\nthe “Company”), a\nclinical-stage biotech company and a majority-owned subsidiary of SciSparc Ltd. (Nasdaq: SPRC) (“SciSparc”), today announced that it has engaged bullVestor Median\nGmbH (“bullVestor”) pursuant to an investor\nrelations agreement dated April 23, 2026 for assistance with its\ninvestor awareness marketing campaign. \n\n\nbullVestor provides marketing and investor relations\nservices and will assist the Company in enhancing its visibility with\npotential investors by providing, among other services, content\ncreation management, keyword optimization, ad groups and display ads,\nproject management, and media distribution for a total cost of euro\n300,000 for a 6-month period commencing on or about the date on which\nthe TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) approves the engagement (the\n“TSXV Approval”).
