[{"type":"text","content":"\n Netcall PLC\n11 September 2007\n\n\n Netcall plc\n ('Netcall' or 'the Company')\n\n Result of EGM\n\n11 September 2007 - Netcall plc, a leading provider of call-back, auto messaging\nand contact solutions is pleased to announce that at its Extraordinary General\nMeeting held earlier today, the special resolution put to shareholders to give\nthe Company authority to undertake market purchases of its own shares was duly\npassed.\n\nUnder its articles of association and Section 163 of the Companies Act 1985, the\nCompany has the power to purchase its own shares. The passing of the resolutions\nmeans the Company is now able, subject to certain limitations, to purchase\nshares in the market for cancellation. This authority lasts for the period until\nconclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting in 2008.
