This is against a backdrop of rising patient expectations and call for better services. Patient communication is expected to be one of the top three areas of future NHS IT spend according to a recent report from EH Insider.\n \nHigh DNA rates, caused by the public not attending their appointments, are a major drain on healthcare resources and are believed to cost the NHS in the region of £700m a year. Netcall's Appointment Management Cycle suite has been designed specifically to empower Trusts to 'Remind, Rebook and Refill' appointments efficiently.
