[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n15 May 2025\n \nNETCALL PLC\n \n(\"Netcall\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nExercise of Options and Total Voting Rights\n \nNetcall plc (AIM: NET), the leading provider of intelligent automation and customer engagement software, announces that it has issued and allotted 551,175 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\") following the exercise of share options by employees of the Company.\n \nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 551,175 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 21 May 2025.\n \nThe Company advises that, following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 168,639,078 Ordinary Shares which includes 1,869,181 Ordinary Shares which are held in treasury.
