[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 5931P\n Netcall PLC\n 10 June 2020\n \n \n \n \n NETCALL PLC\n \n \n (\"Netcall\", the \"Company\", or the \"Group\")\n \n \n Director/PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights\n \n \n Netcall plc (AIM: NET), the leading provider of Low-code and customer engagement software, announces that Michael Jackson, Chairman of the Company, Henrik Bang, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and a further employee of the Company, have exercised 327,780, 400,000 and 13,292 options over ordinary shares of 5 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\") respectively.\n \n \n Following the purchase, Mr. Jackson holds 1,967,780 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each, representing 1.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr. Bang holds 5,243,889 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each, representing 3.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.\n \n \n Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 741,072 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 16 June 2020.\n \n \n The Company advises that, following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 146,249,164 Ordinary Shares which includes 1,869,181 Ordinary Shares which are held in treasury.
