[{"type":"text","content":"\n Netcall PLC\n30 August 2007\n\n\n30th August 2007\n\n NETCALL PLC\n\n ('Netcall' or 'the Company')\n\n Cable & Wireless partnership agreement\n\nNetcall plc (NET), a leading provider of callback, auto-messaging and contact\nsolutions, is pleased to announce that it has signed a new 3-year strategic\npartnership agreement with Cable & Wireless Europe, Asia & US.\n\nThe new distribution agreement will see Cable & Wireless integrating a hosted\nplatform into its existing infrastructure to deliver Netcall's flagship product\nQueueBuster as part of its product and service portfolio.\n\nQueueBuster helps reduce call centre queues by offering callers the option of\naccepting an automated call-back, instead of waiting on hold. The call-back\noption can be tailored to meet particular customer service objectives, depending\non a customer's specific requirements.\n\nThe agreement builds upon an existing relationship which has seen the Company\nsupplying Cable & Wireless with QueueBuster as a product and hosted solution\nusing Netcall's infrastructure. The offering has proven to be a success with\nclients such as STA Travel. The integration of Netcall's solution into Cable &\nWireless' existing infrastructure will allow multiple users to access\nQueueBuster simultaneously, as well as facilitating a simpler and more cost\neffective deployment process for C&W's customers.\n\nHenrik Bang, CEO of Netcall commented: 'A key part of our strategy has been to\nwiden our market reach through partnerships with leading industry players.
