ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., November 12, 2025--Neptune Insurance Holdings Inc. ("Neptune" or the "Company") (NYSE: NP), the parent company of Neptune Flood Incorporated, today reported revenue of $44.4 million for the third quarter of 2025, up 31.2% from the third quarter of 2024. The Company reported net income of $11.5 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $26.7 million. Adjusted EBITDA increased 28.6% compared to the same period in 2024.
