(“Nauticus” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: KITT), a developer of ocean robots using artificial intelligence for data collection and intervention services, today announced it will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. The Annual Meeting will be held in a virtual format to provide a consistent experience to all of the Company’s stockholders regardless of location at www.proxydocs.com/KITT. At the Annual Meeting, stockholders will be asked to consider and vote upon the following matters: The election of Class I director nominees of Nauticus, named in the proxy statement for the Annual Meeting, each to serve for a term of 3 years until the 2026 annual meeting of stockholders;The ratification of the appointment of Whitley Penn LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal year 2023; andSuch other business as may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournment or postponement thereof. Only stockholders of record at the close of business on March 13, 2023 (the “Record Date”) are entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting and at any postponements or adjournments of the meeting.
