[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7098C Echo Energy PLC 23 January 2018 \n\n23 January 2018\n \nEcho Energy plc\n(\"Echo\" or the \"Company\")\n \nWarrant Exercise and Total Voting Rights\n \nEcho Energy plc, the South and Central American focused upstream gas company, announces that as a result of a warrant exercise at a price of 3 pence per share the Company has issued 499,999 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company (the \"New Ordinary Shares\"). \n \nApplication has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 26 January 2018.\n \nFollowing Admission, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company will be 402,003,697 (no ordinary shares are held by the Company in treasury).
