Mazars has confirmed that there are no circumstances\nconnected with its ceasing to hold office that it considers should be brought\nto the attention of the company's members or creditors.\n\nThe Company has since appointed Horwath Clark Whitehill LLP. Pursuant to\nsection 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006, a circular has been posted to the\nCompany's shareholders for their information only in relation to the statutory\nstatement received from Mazars LLP in connection with their resignation as the\nCompany's auditor.
