[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 6918Q Echo Energy PLC 14 September 2017 \n\n14 September 2017 \n \nEcho Energy plc\n(\"Echo\" or the \"Company\")\n \nAppointment of Country Representative\n \nEcho Energy, the South and Central American focused upstream gas company, is pleased to announce the appointment of its Bolivian Country Representative and Commercial Manager.\n \nAndres Brockmann, a Bolivian national, will be joining Echo Energy in October 2017 from Petrobras Bolivia where he has held a number of senior executive roles both in Bolivia and internationally. Mr Brockmann, who has been with Petrobras for 15 years, is a Production Engineer, with an MBA from the University of Zargoza, Spain. Mr Brockmann is also a director of the Bolivian Chamber of Hydrocarbons and Energy and represents Echo's best interests as the Company joins the chamber.\n \nFiona MacAulay, Chief Executive Officer, commented: \n \n\"I am very pleased that we have been able to secure a very well respected industry figure in Bolivia as Echo's Country Manager.
