[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9841S Echo Energy PLC 29 June 2018 \n\n29 June 2018\nEcho Energy plc\n(\"Echo\" or the \"Company\")\nAppointment of CFO\nEcho Energy plc, the Latin American focused upstream oil and gas company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Hull as Chief Financial Officer (\"CFO\") of the Company with effect from 1st August 2018. \n \nMartin has 18 years' experience in oil & gas investment banking and joins Echo from Rothschild & Sons in London where he was a Managing Director in the global energy team focusing on LatAM and Africa, and had previously been Head of Oil & Gas, SE Asia, based out of Singapore.\n \nDuring his time at Rothschild & Sons Martin advised on numerous transactions across the value chain with a particular focus on the upstream sector, including equity and debt transactions at both corporate and asset level. \n \nIt is anticipated that Martin will join the Board of the Company later in 2018.\n \nWill Holland will remain Echo's CFO until 31 July 2018 and will continue to assist the company in an advisory position\n \nFiona MacAulay, Chief Executive Officer of Echo, commented: \n \n\"I'm delighted to welcome Martin to the Company and look forward to working together as we enter the next phase of growth.
