Due to an administrative error, Companies House has obliged the\ncompany to file accounts for the period from incorporation to 30 June 2006.\n\n\nThis is an administrative matter only. Apart from the period covered, the 30\nJune accounts are consistent with the published 30 September 2006 accounts\nalready laid before shareholders.\n\n\nThe 30 June 2006 accounts are now available on the company's website,\nwww.ir-plc.com.
