Tracey is currently Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Nationwide Building Society; Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Close Brothers Group plc; and Senior Independent Director at Pension Insurance Corporation Group Ltd.\n \nDavid Bennett, Board Chair, said: \"It is a pleasure to welcome Tracey Graham to the Virgin Money Board. Tracey has extensive board experience and a breadth of commercial and strategic expertise which will complement the Board.\"\n \nTracey Graham said: \"I am delighted to be joining the Virgin Money Board and look forward to working with colleagues at this exciting time following the completion of the combination with Nationwide.\" \n \nBiographical information\n \nTracey is an experienced Non-Executive Director having served on several listed companies and mutual boards across a range of sectors, including financial services. She has extensive experience as a Senior Independent Director (SID) having formerly been SID at DiscoverIE plc and Ibstock plc and is currently SID at Nationwide Building Society and at Pension Insurance Corporation Group Ltd. Additionally, she is an experienced Remuneration Committee Chair currently fulfilling that role at Nationwide and at Close Brothers Group plc and previously at Royal London Mutual Insurance Society, DiscoverIE plc and at Ibstock plc.\n \nAs well as holding senior roles in listed and regulated companies, Tracey has extensive experience of serving on other critical board committees, including audit, risk and nominations. She was also formerly Chair of the LINK Consumer Council at LINK Scheme Limited until December 2024.\n \nIn her executive career Tracey was Chief Executive Officer of Talaris Limited, an international cash management business.
