National Stock Yards Company Property Sale

National Stock Yards Company (OTC:NSYC) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiaries: Saint Louis National Stockyards Company and East Saint Louis Junction Railroad, have entered into an agreement to sell substantially all of their real property assets, subject to certain contingencies and adjustments, buyer due diligence and other terms and provisions of the agreement.     

This transaction is expected to close late the second quarter or early the third quarter of 2026, subject to terms and provisions of the agreement.
