[{"type":"text","content":" LINCOLN, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--\nNational Research Corporation, dba NRC Health, (NASDAQ:NRC) today announced results for the fourth quarter 2024 and other corporate developments.\n\n\nFinancial Results\n\n\nRevenue for the quarter was approximately $36.9 million compared with approximately $38.0 million in the 2023 quarter. Earnings per diluted share were $0.28 compared with $0.36 for the 2023 quarter. At December 31, 2024, the Company’s net indebtedness (total borrowing minus cash and cash equivalents) was approximately $58.5 million. Total recurring contract value (TRCV) was approximately $133.2 million at December 31, 2024.\n\n\nDividends and Stock Repurchases\n\n\nDuring the quarter, the Company returned approximately $10.1 million to stockholders in the form of dividends and stock repurchases.
