National Bank is pleased to welcome, as of\n \n February 3, 2025\n \n ,\n \n Sarah Morgan-Silvester\n \n and Irfhan Rawji as directors.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n National Bank also announced that\n \n Chris Fowler\n \n , President and CEO of CWB, will retire from his current role effective\n \n March 1, 2025\n \n , and will continue as Executive Advisor to\n \n Laurent Ferreira\n \n , President and CEO of National Bank, until\n \n April 30, 2025\n \n .\n \n\n \"On behalf of the Senior Leadership Team at National Bank and CWB, I would like to recognize Chris for his impressive contributions to CWB over his 34-year tenure, and his continued engagement in\n \n Alberta's\n \n business community.
