(\"CDS\"), the\n \n May 1, 2024\n \n dividend to common shareholders of record on\n \n March 25\n \n , 2024.\n \n \n As previously announced on\n \n February 28, 2024\n \n , the Board of Directors of National Bank has declared a quarterly dividend of\n \n $1.06\n \n per common share payable on\n \n May 1, 2024\n \n to shareholders of record on\n \n March 25, 2024\n \n . This announcement was widely disseminated, including by press release and on National Bank's website.\n \n \n Further to this announcement, CDS issued a bulletin on\n \n February 29, 2024\n \n notifying all CDS participants of the\n \n May 1, 2024\n \n dividend payment date and the\n \n March 25, 2024\n \n record date.\n \n \n This information was also disseminated by financial news providers and was therefore available to TSX participating organizations, the financial community and other market participants. For this reason, National Bank is of the view that the market accurately reflected this information in its trading.\n \n \n However, on\n \n April 4, 2024\n \n , the TSX issued administrative releases notifying market participants of a late dividend notification.\n \n \n National Bank confirms that the common shareholders of record on\n \n March 25, 2024\n \n will receive the\n \n May 1, 2024\n \n dividend.
