HIGH VELOCITY ENTERPRISES TO BE ACQUIRED BY A TECHNOLOGY COMPANY


Freehold, NJ – December 19, 2014 – HIGH VELOCITY ENTERPRISES, INC. (PINK: HVEL) has entered into an agreement where as it would be acquired by a Silicon Valley based technology company with numerous operational subsidiaries.   A  Letter of Intent has been executed and the acquisition is expected to close within the next 30 days.
