As such, Lombard Odier's subscription has been scaled back to 23,827,911 new Ordinary Shares. The final Director and Senior Management Subscription was for 1,281,505 new Ordinary Shares, as stated in the Fundraising Announcement. \nThe Placing Shares represent 10.0 per cent of the existing Ordinary Share capital of the Company (including treasury shares) and the Fundraising Shares (in aggregate, including the Placing Shares) represent 19.999 per cent of the existing Ordinary Share capital of the Company (including treasury shares).\nThe Fundraising Shares will, when issued, be credited as fully paid and will rank in full for all dividends and other distributions declared, made or paid after the date of issue and otherwise pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.\nThe Placing was conducted through an accelerated bookbuild.
