[{"type":"text","content":"\n Evolutec Group PLC\n06 July 2007\n\nEVOLUTEC GROUP PLC (the 'Company')\n\n\n\n6 July 2007\n\n\n\n Results of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') and changes to the Board\n\n\n\nAt today's EGM a resolution to adjourn the meeting was not passed and as a\nconsequence, and as anticipated by the Board in its letter to shareholders dated\n2 July 2007, the Resolutions to approve the voluntary winding up of the Company\nwere put to the EGM and were not approved.\n\n\n\nAs planned, Nicholas Badman, Dr Mark Carnegie Brown, John Burke and Malcolm\nDarvell have stood down from the Board with effect from the end of the EGM.
