[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7990Q Nanoco Group PLC 17 October 2013 \n\n\n\n\n\nFor immediate release \n\n\n17 October 2013\n\n\n\n\n \nNANOCO GROUP PLC\n(\"Nanoco\" or the \"Company\")\n \nChange of significant shareholder ownership\n \nThe Company was notified today that ORA Capital Partners Limited (\"ORA\"), which is controlled by Richard Griffiths, distributed its 15.5% interest in the issued share capital of Nanoco (as previously held through its wholly owned subsidiary ORA (Guernsey) Limited) and that this was completed on 17 October 2013. This comprises part of the distribution in specie by ORA of its entire quoted portfolio company equity holdings, following shareholder approval at the ORA General Meeting on 14 October 2013. \n \nConsequent to the above distribution by ORA, Nanoco has today also been notified of the following changes in interests in the issued share capital of the Company:\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nShares received as part of distribution in specie by ORA\n\n\nResultant interest in shares of the Company\n\n\nResultant % of issued share capital of the Company\n\n\n\n\n\nRichard Griffiths\n\n\n26,552,218\n\n\n27,694,908\n\n\n13.18%*\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n*Included within Richard Griffiths' 13.18% interest in the Company is a 12.06% holding by Blake Holdings Limited, which is controlled by him.
