Each RSU is exercisable for one common share in the capital of the Company for a period ending at the end of the calendar year, three years after the date of grant.  100,000 of the RSUs vest immediately, and the remaining RSUs vest as to one-third on each of the 12-month, 24-month, and 36-month anniversary of the date of grant.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n About Nanalysis Scientific Corp.
