[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nTORONTO, June 29 /CNW/ - Cencotech Inc. (CTZ - TSX-V) today reports the\nresults of operations for the second quarter of fiscal 2006 ended April 30th,\n2006. All amounts referenced herein are in Canadian dollars. Revenue for the\nsecond quarter was $242,656 as compared to $390,341 for the same period last\nyear. A net loss of $73,988 ($0.00 per share) was recorded for the three\nmonths ended April 30th, 2006, as compared to a profit of $26,357 ($0.00 per\nshare) for the same period last year.\nRevenue for the first six months of fiscal 2006 was $388,425 as compared\nto $1,046,942 in the same period last year. The Company recorded a net loss of\n$318,746 or ($0.01) per share in the six months ended April 30, 2006 as\ncompared to a profit of $180,547 or $0.01 per share for the same period last\nyear.\nCencotech's President, K. Barry Sparks stated \"The sales alliance process\nreported earlier continues to progress. It remains our belief that these\nalliances will generate significant sales in this fiscal year. In the\nmeantime, the secured creditor of the Company's subsidiary, NamSys Inc., has\nincreased its loans to the subsidiary by $200,000 during the second quarter.\"\n\nCencotech Inc. was created to acquire and manage emerging high technology\nenterprises with sound business solutions for their customers.
