Therefore, effective at the opening of the Exchange on July 7,\n 2011, the Company's Tier classification has changed from Tier 1 to Tier\n 2.\n\n\nCencotech Inc. products are designed to bring efficiency to the\n processing of currency and other value instruments in financial\n institutions, large retailers, public transportation operations and the\n gaming industry.
