Director's Share Dealing

The Company received notification that Greg Hodder, Non-Executive Director of Majestic Wine PLC, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 7.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 433p per Ordinary Share on 8 March 2016. Following the purchase, Greg Hodder has a beneficial interest of 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.014 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
