He previously held the position of General Counsel and Head of Compliance at Delta Partners FZ LLC, General Counsel of Aabar Investments PJS and Legal Adviser at Bunzl plc. \n \nAs a result of this appointment James Crawford, Group Chief Financial Officer, will no longer be acting as Company Secretary, a position he has held since joining the Group in 2015.
