A copy of both documents is available on the Group's website at: \n \n www.nahlgroupplc.co.uk\n \n .\n \n \n The AGM will be held at 10:00 am on 29 June 2021 at Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Milton Gate, 60 Chiswell Street, EC1Y 4AG. \n \n \n Based on current published guidance and restrictions in relation to COVID-19, attendance in person at the AGM will not be unlawful. However, whilst the Meeting is not currently a closed meeting, given the evolving situation around COVID-19 restrictions, the Board is strongly encouraging shareholders not to attend the Meeting in person, and instead, to appoint the Chair of the Meeting as their proxy and to submit their voting instructions electronically in advance of the Meeting. \n \n \n Shareholders will be able to follow the Meeting using a conference call link and are invited to submit questions in writing prior to the Meeting. Shareholders may obtain the conference call details or submit a question, by writing to \n \n [email protected]\n \n with details of their name, shareholding and question by 10:00 am on 28 June 2021.
