[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1304Z NAHL Group PLC 08 January 2020  \n\n8 January 2020\nNAHL Group PLC\n(\"NAHL\" or the \"Group\")\nIssue of Equity from Exercise of Share Options\nNAHL (AIM: NAH), the leading UK consumer marketing business focused on the UK legal services market, today announces the issue and allotment of 61,506 new ordinary shares of £0.0025 each in the Group (\"Ordinary Shares\") pursuant to the exercise of certain share options.\nApplication has been made for the 61,506 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 13 January 2020 (\"Admission\"). The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Group.\nFollowing the exercise of options and Admission, the issued share capital of the Group will consist of 46,240,222 Ordinary Shares, none of which are held in treasury.
