[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n 15 September 2022\n \n \n \n \n NAHL Group PLC\n \n \n \n \n (\"NAHL\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Directorate changes\n \n \n \n \n \n \n NAHL (AIM: NAH), a leading UK marketing and services business focused on the UK consumer legal market, is pleased to announce that Chris Higham has been appointed as a director of the Company as Group Chief Financial Officer (\"CFO\"). Chris has held a variety of finance roles at NAHL since 2006 and was appointed acting CFO on 17 August 2021 when James Saralis became Group Chief Executive Officer.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Board also announces that Gillian Kent has decided to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Group to pursue other business opportunities. This follows Gillian's recent appointment to the Board of THG plc as a Non-Executive Director. Gillian will remain on the Board of NAHL until 30 September 2022 to ensure an orderly handover of her responsibilities. \n \n \n \n \n \n With three independent non-executive directors remaining, the Board is not intending to appoint a new non-executive director at this time as it believes that the current Board composition provides the skills and experience necessary to meet the Group's needs, given its size and nature.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Tim Aspinall, Chair of NAHL, commented:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \"I am delighted to welcome Chris to the Board as an Executive Director.
