Copies will also be available free of charge from the Company's headquarters at 2420 Meadowbrook Parkway, Duluth, Georgia, GA 30096, USA for a period of at least one month.\n \n \n \n \n \n Annual Meeting\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company's 2021 Annual Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. (BST) on Wednesday 7 July 2021 at the offices of Canaccord Genuity, 88 Wood St, London EC2V 7QR.\n \n \n \n \n \n Provided that there are no ongoing COVID-19 restrictions that preclude shareholders from attending in person on the day, we look forward to welcoming the maximum number of shareholders that we are able, within safety constraints and in accordance with UK Government guidelines. Shareholders who choose to attend in person are asked to register their intention to do so as soon as practicable.
