[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 3673A\n Mulberry Group PLC\n 29 September 2020\n \n \n \n \n Mulberry Group plc\n (\"Mulberry\" or the \"Company\")\n \n Update on FY20 results\n \n \n \n \n Mulberry will announce its audited results for the 52 weeks ended 28 March 2020 (\"the FY20 Results\") on Monday, 5 October 2020.\n \n \n \n \n \n An investor presentation on the FY20 Results will also be made available on Mulberry's investor relations website page on that date.\n \n \n \n \n \n In accordance with published guidance and at the request of the Company, AIM Regulation has granted the Company an extension of three months to the requirement of AIM Rule 19 to publish the FY20 Results. The Company expects to publish the FY20 Results during the week commencing 12 October 2020.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company's Annual General meeting took place on 28 September 2020.
