Roger Mather also holds vested rights over 250,000 Ordinary Shares under Mulberry's Co-Ownership Plan, 3,253 unvested deferred Ordinary Shares, 3,253 unvested matching nil cost options, 26,964 vested nil cost options all under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan and 23,090 unvested nil cost options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.\nGodfrey Davis' beneficial interest in the Company consists of 718,527 Ordinary Shares representing 1.20% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
