[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1238K Mulberry Group PLC 23 August 2019 \n\nMulberry Group plc\nIssue of Equity\nMulberry Group plc (\"Mulberry\" or the \"Company\") announces that it has issued 30,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") at nominal value to one of its significant strategic suppliers.\nApplication has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange (\"Admission\"). On Admission, the new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. It is expected that Admission will take place and dealings will commence in the new Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on Friday, 30 August 2019. \nThe issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company following Admission will be 60,077,458 Ordinary Shares. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
