[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8462J Mulberry Group PLC 22 August 2019 \n\nMulberry Group plc\n(\"Mulberry\" or the \"Company\") \nAppointment of Group Finance Director\n \nMulberry, the British luxury brand, is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Anderson to the Company's board of directors (\"Board\") as Group Finance Director with effect from early October 2019. Charles Anderson replaces Neil Ritchie who, as previously announced, stepped down from the Board on 30 June 2019.\n \nCharles Anderson has over 20 years' experience as a finance professional, the last 17 of which were at Ted Baker PLC, the FTSE 250 global lifestyle brand, initially as Head of Finance and then, from 2014, as Finance Director of the group's subsidiaries. During his time at Ted Baker, in addition to developing and overseeing its global finance function, Charles played an active role in its international expansion and systems transformation and oversaw its investor relations programme. Charles also assumed the role of Company Secretary.\n \nPrior to joining Ted Baker, Charles held various finance positions at House of Fraser plc, NatWest Markets and Carpetright PLC.\n \nCharles is an ACMA and was admitted to the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2000. \n \nThierry Andretta, Mulberry's Chief Executive Officer, commented:\n \n\"We are delighted to welcome Charles to the Mulberry team.
