[{"type":"text","content":"\n MTI Wireless Edge Limited\n01 April 2008\n\n\n\n MTI WIRELESS EDGE LTD\n\n ACCOUNTS AND AGM NOTICE POSTED\n\nFollowing the announcement on 3 March 2008 of the Company's results for the year\nended 31 December 2007, the Company's Audited Report and Accounts has now been\nposted to shareholders together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting to be\nheld at 4pm (London time) on Thursday, 15 May 2008 at the offices of Olswang, 90\nHigh Holborn, London WC1V 6XX, inter alia, to present the Report and Accounts,\nre-appoint Directors, amend the CEO's remuneration package and approve a new\noption scheme for key Directors and Employees under which options will be\ngranted on 1.5 million shares (approximately 2.84% of the Company's current\nissued and voting share capital of 52,896,990 ordinary shares), including\n275,000 options (0.52%) to each of Dov Feiner and Moni Borovitz, with a vesting\ndate of 1st April 2011 and an exercise price of 30p per share, which exercise\nprice represents a premium to today's share price.
