These Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.\n Following this purchase and cancellation, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will consist of 17,841,073 Ordinary Shares of which a total of 1,646,334 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company is 16,194,739.
