[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3160R MS International PLC 24 October 2013 \n \n\nMS INTERNATIONAL plc\n(the \"Company\")\n \nResult of General Meeting\nThe Company is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, the Resolution to approve the cancellation of the Company's admission to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market and its proposed admission to trading on AIM was duly passed.\nThe proxy voting results for the Resolution were as follows:\n\n\n\n\nPercentage of votes cast in favour of the Resolution\n\n\nPercentage of votes cast at the discretion of the proxy appointed\n\n\nPercentage of votes cast against the Resolution\n\n\nPercentage of votes withheld\n\n\n\n\n99.34%\n\n\n0.12%\n\n\n0.54%\n\n\n0.00%\n\n\n\n\n \nIn accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2R, a copy of the Resolution passed as special business at the General Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism where it will shortly be available at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.\nFollowing the passing of the Resolution, the Company today expects to make an application for the Cancellation and the Admission.
