The exercise of options is being satisfied today by way of the transfer of existing Ordinary Shares held by the Company's ESOT. \nFollowing this exercise, Mr O'Connell's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares has increased by 6,667 and now comprises 1,667,529 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.21% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury).\nAddittionally, the Company was informed on 26 June 2024 Mr Nicholas Bell, Executive Director of the Company, has exercised 25,000 employee share options at an exercise price of £1.41 each.
