Accordingly, the Company will, on 26 January 2018, formally change its name to Mpac Group plc. The Company's TIDM will change to \"MPAC\" from \"MLIN\", and trading of the Company's shares under the new name and new MPAC TIDM will commence on Monday 29 January 2018 at 8.00 am. The Company will also change its website address to www.mpac-group.com.\nThe full text of the resolution can be found in the Notice of General Meeting set out in the shareholder circular published by the Company on 3 January 2018 (\"the Circular\"), available to view on the Company's website www.molins.com/media/665759/molins-plc-circular-2018.pdf.
