Purchase of Own Shares Approved at EGM

Molins PLC 8 December 1999 At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Molins PLC held today, shareholders approved the resolution giving the company authority to make further purchases of its own shares, up to a limit of 10% of the current issued ordinary share capital.
